SPRING SPORTS FEESDear West High School Families,As you know, Oregon Governor Brown has made the decision to close schools for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. Unfortunately, this also requires us to cancel our spring sports. Our hearts go out to our athletes, especially our seniors, who are missing out on their spring season. We are currently working on refunding spring athletic fees. If you paid by credit card you will be refunded directly to your card minus a 2.75% “convenience” fee charged by the credit card company. Any payments that were made by cash or check will be refunded with a check in the mail to the address listed on the student’s Synergy account. We ask for your patience as we work on issuing refunds as quickly as possible. We thank you for being understanding during these times. If you have any further questions please contact our office at 503-399-5533. 2020 AP Exams Will Be Administered OnlineThe College Board has decided to administer the 2020 AP Exams online due to the COVID 19 Coronavirus outbreak.  Because WSHS has partnered with Total Registration for AP test processing  this year, our directions are below:If you planning to take the exam or think you might, no action is required. If you are 100% sure you do not want to take the exam, you can request a cancellation by logging in to TotalRegistration.net with the student email and password. Please see  https://support.totalregistration.net/hc/en-us/articles/360045425954-Canceling-and-Requesting-a-Refund-for-2020-AP-Exams.
