Hi Folks! We are looking forward to another great season!The Springbank Curling Club is excited to have a new action plan for our curling relaunch for the 2020-21 season. We will be holding our league registration in person at the Springbank Park For All Seasons on September 8th and 9th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.The registration night will be a socially distanced process, with measures in place to ensure that all are safe and protected.All our payment equipment will be sanitized between uses, and limited contact on devices and documents.Each team will need to submit the regular team registration form, along with a Waiver and a Covid19 Declaration for each member of the team. These waiver and declaration forms are essential this year, and must be signed and received prior to a team taking the ice for the opening night.It is strongly encouraged that your team sends a member to the registration night to submit the documents along with payment for the season rather than waiting until the opening night, as we will be limiting foot traffic within the curling area to comply with distancing practices.Existing Members should receive an email invitation to our league wide registration nights on September 8th and 9th, 2020! Both nights are open to teams from any of our nightly leagues, regardless to which night you curl on, you can come to either of the registration evenings.The Relaunch Plan document (including Waiver and Declaration forms) outlining changes for the 2020-21 season can be found onthis link. Last year the camp ranSunday October 20at the Springbank Curling Club and was lead by Level 3 coach Andy Jones.Camp registration started at8:30amand on the ice at9:00amrunning until4:00pm.We provided a lunch atnoonand snacks in the morning and afternoon.The cost was $60.00Curling equipment - grippers, sliders and brooms was available for use, free of charge.For more information or registration please contactSpringbank Junior Curling Clubto secure a spot.
