Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty, my all time favorite fairy tale growing up. I always loved the storyline and of course, the witch Maleficent had to be the best villain I'd ever seen out of all the Disney fairy tale movies! I was looking at the new Flickr posts the other day and came across a new Maleficent Witch Avatar and costume by Precious Restless of Vita's Boudoir! I couldn't believe it, it was simply stunning! I of course had to buy, buy, buy, then try it on as soon as I could. You definitely need the latest Phoenix and/or a viewer for mesh. She made several sizes in certain pieces for a good fit. This avie and costume is so much fun! I took the pictures of Natalie below at Bentham Forest, the perfect setting for evil in its purest form :) This would also make the perfect Halloween costume! Yes, this detailed, beautiful costume along with the avatar is amazing....literally to DIE for! *evil laugh*

I found some really pretty and good quality face tattoos by Sonia28 Jie of Son!a. They come in several different styles and colors. Of course I had to purchase the fatpack for each so I'd have every color! Each fatpack comes in 6 different colors and the one called Fairy Face Tattoo (my personal favorite) contains sculpted prim face diamonds. They range in price from 300 to 400L. I've recently been updating and adding some new additions to our lovely art gallery over Enchanted of Elven Realm (slurl.com/secondlife/Elven%20Realm/126/125/245/ ). I've just added 7 new wonderful artists to our already fantastic collection of talent. All of them are true fantasy artists and produce exceptional work continuously. Please stop by the gallery to see their works and some other new updates too :)
A WORTHY CAUSE
In celebration of our new gallery artists and updates, I'd like to announce a couple things going on. First, any and all donations given to the sim or gallery from now until October 4 will go to a children's charity called, First Book. The organization helps children in need by giving them access to books so they can also listen to wonderful bedtime stories and create lifetime memories like other children. Thank you in advance for your donations for this cause :)
FEATURE ARTWORK DISPLAY
Please be sure and stop by the gallery and see our Feature Artwork display at the landing point, along with all the new pictures in the main gallery. The pictures at the landing point are one or two pieces chosen from most artists works within the gallery representing the Storybook theme and concentrate on fairy tales and reading in general. Its wonderful to see all these together in one place!
PHOTO CONTEST
We are also incorporating a photo contest to go along with the Storybook theme, so use your imaginations, dress up your avie, and have fun! Here are the guidelines:
1. You have until Wednesday, September 26 to submit all pictures.
2. Pictures can be taken at any sim or setting as long as it's a storybook theme.
3. You may submit 2 pictures.
4. Pictures can be submitted to Natalie Montagne in game as a texture or photo in a notecard in the Flickr group link: http://www.flickr.com/groups/2092071@N23/. If you submit in game, please be sure and put your avie's full name on the submission.
5. No nudity allowed
Prizes will be based on originality, creativity, and staying within the theme. They are as follows:
First Place - 5000L
Second Place - 3000L
Third Place - 1000L

Okay, I know I'm rather slow moving here lately, sorry you all! Just been very busy with first life, you know how that goes. I miss blogging, so can't imagine staying away for too long! Anyway....
This time my blog is focusing on a simply stunning outfit my friend and sis SeleneLily gave me. She is always so thoughtful and is known to shower people with gifts for no particular reason at all, except that she's an unselfish, kind, and wonderful person :) This outfit is called Wisteria Wind by Elvina Ewing and the color is to die for! My favorite color is already blue, so this is just perfection to me. As always, the details are what make the outfit so special....it contains wisteria and little butterfly adornments, along with lovely and elaborate feminine trim. The fit is just right and flows beautifully. The flowing fabric moves as you do and looks totally natural. You can also wear it in different ways as there are several pieces. Here is what's listed in the marketplace:
This set includes 13 pieces in total:
clothing layers (no mod/copy): top on shirt and undershirt layers; thong; long glitchpants;
prim parts (mod/copy): sculpted chest cloths decorated with wisteria vines and flowers;

Hi all! I know it's been a long time since I've posted, and I apologize for that! I've had alot going on in real life and have just not been able to be on like I want to. I'm hoping I can be more regular with my posts again *crosses fingers*.
I'd like to dedicate this post to a precious accessory I absolutely love created by Maena Tammas of Mae Fairy Tale. First, I adore mushrooms of all sizes, shapes, and colors. To me, they are so magical and add so much to any kind of fantasy scene you may want to create. There are so many beautiful and different "styles" here in Second Life. I decided to go to a sim called Calan Diva to take some pictures for this post, as they have some lovely and colorful mushrooms on display. I dressed Natalie in a darling outfit created by Elvina Ewing called, Huldra, then I added a new accessory designed by Maena called Shroom Backpack with Gnome. It's exactly as it states, a backpack full of colorful mushrooms with a tiny gnome holding a lantern hanging on the side of the backpack. It is just wonderful and so much fun! Thus, the little Mushroom faerie starts her collection of enchanted mushrooms.....with the little gnome's help of course! :)
