This is a guide for parents, teachers and students and contains several useful resources to help maintain good mental health especiallyduring these trying times. Please share this with students and parents as yousee fit. This guide was created by the students for their research project and a survey will be sent out later this year to gauge how effective these resources are for you. This is done by including services in schools, linking families to agencies in the community,providing free laundry services, hygiene items, and more.
