keywords: description:I recently turned 21 on the 10th May and my present from my parents was a trip to NEW YORK.
New York has been the place I have alwayswanted to go but never been and now I am finally getting the chance to go.
Although, I am very excited about going and am counting down the days (6th June), one thing isworrying me is what do I pack?
New York has the aesthetic of being cool and understated. Street Style pictures on Pinterest always seem as though no-one istrying but they look amazing and I want to look just like that.
I know that when we are in New York our days and nights will blend into one, due to so much to see and do. So the vital thing is that I need a capsule wardrobe that can take me from day to night.
After lots of pinning and instagraming, I think I have found myNew York must haves. I made sure I included the basics; leather jacket, jersey t-shirt, jeans, LBD andstrappy heels. Each and every piece that I have included can be mixed and matched and iscompletelyversatile to take me from the Empire State Building to cocktails.

Recently on a trip to London, I visited a vegetarian restaurant, Nama. I had reada lot about this place online via food blogs. Nama was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was lovely, the interior was beautiful but mostimportably the food was delicious.
Sincechaining my diet, eating out has become something of the past, as I now really struggling with things to eat, however this place for me was a dream come true. Everything on the menu is wheat free, dairyfree,unprocessed and raw. A lot of people have this misunderstanding of healthy raw food that it taste horrible but this was far fromtrue it was incredible.
After considering the menu for a long time because for once I had a choice, I decided upon the thai coconut curry, a green juice and a beet juice.
Although, there was no cream or dairy in the curry, it was so creamy and was full offlavour not like any other I have ever tasted before. Both juices were refreshing and revitalising and gave me a burst of energy.
The next time you are in London, I would recommend giving this place a try. Leave your previous thoughts about healthy food restaurants behind because this place is unique andworth a visit.

It's getting to the time of year now where I am getting all excited about Summer. Only 1 month left of University and I am done for good and I can enjoy my Summer. Although, I have got a lot of work to finish, I am finding myself dreaming of summer holidays. Me and my boyfriend have just booked our holiday to Bonaire (littleCaribbean island) and I just wantcan't wait any longer to go.
One thing I do think I love more than going on holiday is planning my holiday wardrobe. I love going to buy new bikinis and sandals. A few things that are must haves for me this summer are a Beach Cafe bikini. Beach Cafe is a brand that I have seen a lot of recently on instagram and has a large celebrity following, which is definitely why I need one. Mypersonal favourite is their crochet bikini, which would look fantastic with an embellished kaftan. This would be the perfect beach to bar combination and that is definitely how I plan to wear mine.
Everything I have shown above in my Summerwish list can be mixed and matched together to keep yougoing all summer long.

Briefly throughout my other posts, I have mentioned my University Work. We are now in March and I am onto my Final Major Project.
My Final Major Project is all about exploring research threads from your Dissertation and creating them into a new business concept or product. With my Dissertation focusing on consumer behaviour when planning a Wedding, the idea for my Final Major Project is rebranding and relaunching MS's Wedding Department, due to lack of budget wedding retail presence.
As part of my project, I decided to do a create a lookbook for MS Weddings. The lookbook showcased different garments that would be included within the new Wedding Range and also provide the customers with inspiration on how to fit within a theme e.g. Vintage.
I had never done a photo shoot before but it was an amazing and educational experience for me. It was great that I got to work alongside professionals such as a photographer, hairdresser, make-up artist and models, to be able to produce a piece of work that I am really happy with.

This post is just giving everyone a bit of an update on me personally. I have not been completely well over the last few months and although ithasn't affected me doing anything or changed me, I have been feeling a bit down. However, I have finally found the answer to what has been causing my issues, I am allergic to gluten and dairy. Although, it is good thing I have found out, it has meant I have got to completely change my diet.
Having doing a spot of research into gluten anddairy free diets and food alternatives, I have found my Saviour in the form of Deliciously Ella.
Ella was diagnosed with a rare illness and thought she was going to have to be on a potion of medicines her whole life to help, but she did some research and learnt about holistic, natural healing approaches, which led way to the lifestyle she now promotes. Overnights she took up whole foods, plant-based diet and gave up all meat, dairy,sugar,gluten, anything processed and all chemical and additives.
Although, I do not have the same as Ella, her blog and cookbook, which I rushed out to buy, gave me inspiration to follow my new lifestyle and showed me that there are better healthier alternatives for me, I have just got to make it all fromscratch.
Have a look at Ella's Blog, it is fantastic and actually makes you consider the food you are eating.
