The Vision of NAGNF is to establish a united network of Ghanaian rootedprofessional nurses and nursing students across North America with a mission tocollaborate and impact patient focused healthcare delivery both in Ghana and inour local communities here in the North American diaspora.Our Mission is to Collaborate to promote health.

COllaboration
We collaborate with Nurse organizations in Ghana and other professional healthcare groups to positively impact healthcare delivery to the Ghanaian population at large and our local communities.
We will strategize to support and empower Professional nurse groups in Ghana through aid and donations.
Education
We believe that continued evidence-based education is the key to delivery of nursing care in all environments. We are therefore committed to holding annual conferences aimed at providing educational opportunities for attendees.
We will create and maintain a scholarship fund to support qualified Ghanaian rooted student nurses who demonstrate commitment to patient focused care.
Mission Trips
Support mission trips both in collaboration with other professional healthcare organizations and independent healthcare centers in Ghana
Build and maintain a data base of professional nurses for the purpose of mission work and support.
