Onboard the 68-foot expedition yachts and over land by foot, we will guide you to some of the most remote, untouched natural environments on the planet during a seemingly endless summer, with long days and short nights.

EXPEDITION DETAILS

This 4,820 nautical mile round trip in the High Latitudes will take an estimated eight weeks during the height of summer, skirring the icy coastal waters and breath-taking landscapes.

You may book as an individual or small group and choose to do one leg, combine several, or complete all of the five legs in the voyage. SKIRR Adventures is only taking twelve adventurers per yacht with crew arriving or departing at the changeover ports en route.

Due to the nature of expedition sailing, crew must have confidence to undertake longer and more complex passages which involve sailing at night and watch keeping systems and navigation to explore this spectacular arctic wilderness.

Our adapted expedition yachts are perfect for both grueling weather conditions or low wind, with the maneuverability to go where larger boats can not.

Crew may be surprised by the power and size of a Clipper 68 when compared to smaller cruising yachts. The sails are larger and heavier, the winches handle more load, and since there is no headsail furling, all sail change evolutions are conducted by the crew. This is sailing purity at its best.
