The Loveland Downtown District is a dynamic collaboration between three nonprofit organizations supporting downtown: Loveland Downtown Partnership (LDP), Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and Downtown Business Alliance (DBA).

Our Vision

Residents enjoy the convenience of shopping, working and learning in a pedestrian friendly city center. Visitors find restaurants, retail shops and entertainment easily accessible by public transit or private vehicle. The presence of locals at all hours of the day or night demonstrates our commitment to friendly service in a clean, safe environment.

We hosted over 53 events in The Foundry Plaza through our One Sweet Summer series during May-September of 2021.

Volunteers, businesses, and the Loveland Youth Gardeners helped us maintain over 20 planters & flower beds in 2021.

DDA Programs

The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) oversees many projects and programs within the geographic district boundaries of Downtown Loveland that are beneficial to property owners, businesses and the general public. LEARN MORE >
