The FSBC is a think tank and research center focused primarily on investigating the implications of blockchain technology. What projects?
Specifically, we operate the Crypto Assets Conference (CAC), the DLT Talents program to empower women in the blockchain space, and the DeFi Talents program for education in the DeFi sector. as well as the NFT Talents for leadership in the NFT space. Further, we have co-founded the Digital Euro Association (DEA), the International Token Standardization Association (ITSA), INTAS.tech as a consulting company for the digital assets space, and the DEC Institute as an organization certifying executives' blockchain knowledge. Download our pitch deck Sign up Download our one pagerFrom April 4th to April 6th, 2022 the Blockchain and Crypto Assets Community met at Frankfurt School for the Crypto Assets Conference.
#UrbanStories mit Daniel Höfelmann (Aareal Bank AG) und Philipp Sandner (Leiter des Frankfurt School Blockchain Centers) zum Thema Blockchain.
After the great success in 2018, the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center and partners hosted the CAC again in 2019. The Crypto Assets Conference is a state-of-the-art conference about what the future holds for crypto assets with top speakers like Kraken, European Central Bank, Ripple, BaFin, SatoshiPay and many more. We are bringing together technology experts and entrepreneurs with corporates, regulators and other participants in the financial ecosystem.
Bitcoins are based on the blockchain technology. A blockchain is a distributed ledger that is synchronised between multiple computers. These computers, or nodes, together maintain the Bitcoin network. The nodes contribute the hardware and electricity which the blockchain needs to operate and are themselves paid for it with Bitcoins. This process, called mining, provides incentive to its participants and ensures that the blockchain continues, even if a single node leaves the network.

Upcoming event: State of Crypto Markets: Institutional Adoption?
July 27, 2022 | 14:00-15:00 (CEST)
Crypto assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and others had initially started out in small networks that have been growing steadily. Lately, the growing popularity and usage of crypto assets have left larger institutions to recalibrate their business strategies to integrate crypto assets and the underlying technology, which is blockchain, into their business models. But what are the main drivers for institutional adoption of Bitcoin and Ethereum?
