Very Fortunate to Find Ride It Out

I was very fortunate to have learned about “Ride It Out.” I started using them in September and have continued to use them for special occasions. I was very impressed with the level of service, reliability, luxury of the vehicle, fees and anonymity of any situation. I came to Charleston in July 2010 for personal business. I researched transportation methods, and decided that public bus was sufficient. I enrolled in a class from 6 to 9 a couple of nites a week, and after awhile I did not feel safe on public transportation and found “Ride It Out” and I made arrangements with “Ride It Out” for nite transportation. I found “Ride It Out” private transportation services to be very dedicated, courteous and professional. Several times I made arrangements for transportation for other activities, and “Ride It Out” was always there for me. In September my class schedule was changed to mornings, and I informed “Ride It Out” that I would be taking the bus.The last Sunday in October, I wasn’t feeling too good, and had a knot in my chest, which I thought was indigestion. I couldn’t sleep that nite and on Monday I was not comfortable at all. I called “Ride It Out” and asked for a ride to the doctors office at MUSC. Within 30 minutes they were picking me up, and at that time I told the driver I needed to go to the ER at MUSC and why. In a very calm, concerned and dedicated manner, he drove to MUSC ER, and on the way he made a call to confirm directions to the ER. I went into ER and within an hour I was in cardio intensive care, where the docs were inserting stints in the blood vessels of my heart. Sometime the next morning, someone spoke and I woke up and my driver was standing there concerned for my health, and wanting to do whatever he could to help me. It’s been 2 weeks and I feel fine, will be on medication the rest of my life.I called “Ride It Out” for a lift to the Dr. office and once again “Ride It Out” was there.It is my good fortune, to have my driver as my friend, he has exhibited great professional and humanity skills.
