Preschool Gymnastics

These 45 minute classes are a wonderful introduction into the world of physical fitness through gymnastics. Students are introduced to all the gymnastics equipment, downsized where necessary. This program emphasizes coordination, development of fine and gross motor skills, spacial awareness and self-accomplishment! Click here to learn more about our preschool classes

Girls Gymnastics

We offer 60 and 90 minute classes for girls. Each gymnast will begin perfecting fundamental skills & techniques on the four Women’s Olympic events – Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. They will also work on flexibility, strength, body control, coordination, and most importantly confidence! Click here to learn more about our recreational classes

Boys Gymnastics

This program is designed to mirror the Junior Olympic outline with the focus on the introduction of skills to compose routines. These routines will be adaptable and progressive based on the individual needs and abilities of the gymnast. The program allows for “move ups” an In-House Recreational Competition and allows for further growth towards the competitive team. Recreational gymnastics requires no prior knowledge and/or experience!

Tumbling Classes

A 60 minute class packed with all the tumbling basics. More advanced tumblers will be challenged at their ability and pace. They will also work on thier strength and flexibility needed to advance in tumbling.

Boys and Girls Competitive Team Gymnastics

Legends Gymnastics award winning team members train year round. We offer both competitive and non-competitive teams for USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic (Mens & Womens) and Xcel (Womens). Click here to learn more about our teams.
