Prescription Collections and Deliveries For patients that collect their medication from our Dispensary:In response to COVID we are offering three collection times throughout the day 11am, 1pm and 5pm. Please telephone the practice on 01673 862232 (option 2) to pre-arrange a time for collection. Your medication will be handed out via the patient entrance door.Alternatively you can send in a request via AskMyGP (the link is on this website) and this will be passed to Dispensary for you.Thank you for your co-operation.With effect from Monday 15th June 2020 the practice will only deliver medication to those patients that used to receive deliveries pre-COVID. The only exception to this will be patients who are currently deemed as high risk. If you are experiencing difficulty collecting your prescriptions please contact Dispensary. The out of hours centre is situated next to Accident Emergency at Lincoln County Hospital on Greetwell Road.Alternatively patients may dial 111 direct for urgent but non life threatening emergencies out of hours.Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.TO OBTAIN URGENT MEDICATIONS WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED PLEASE DIAL 111. Extended hours Extended hours appointments are for pre-bookable non-urgent appointments. Examples of these include chronic illness, asthma checks and medicines reviews.The service is being delivered by a federation of GP practices in the area. If a patient wishes to attend an extended hours appointment, they may need to travel to another local GP practice and may not necessarily see their own GP.In our locality, appointments are available between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
