Pioneer Magnetics is primarily a low voltage and high power AC-DC Power Supply company. The Pioneer Magnetics DC-DC Power Supply product line has been primarily 1000 to 1500 watts. However, PMI will soon be announcing its high-power DC-DC product line. PMI's Rectifier Power Supplies will range from 1000 watts to 10,000 watts in a 1U, 2U or 3U configuration. PMI specializes in high-power - Low Profile Power Supplies or 1U Power Supplies up to 4000 watts. Hot Swap Power Supplies are offered by PMI in 1U, 2U or 3U racks or power shelves. Rack Mounted Power Supplies are also available in 1U, 2U or 3U configurations - standard or custom. Redundant Power Supplies is a great feature for those customers that need N+1 configurations. Older technology power supplies with 5 X 8 X 11 dimensions continue to be available. Most of PMI s legacy designs are being manufactured for older programs that support telecommunications, main frame, transmission broadcast, manufacturing, industrial process control, financial, medical, commercial military simulation, analysis, super computers, regenerative energy applications, etc. PMI can usually offer a replacement product for an application where a competitor is no longer in business and/or is no longer servicing its older programs.
