Just before the pandemic, we went into customers’ homes to watch them work out and helped Tonal create actionable personas and journeys. NIH Mixed MethodsEarly in the pandemic, we led user research for a large NIH study on building trust to increase Black and Latinx participation in medical trials. NAACP Content ResearchAs the 2020 elections approached, we led content testing and UX testing for an NAACP program to boost Black voter turnout in November and in Georgia s Senate Runoffs. PBS Usability TestingAs kids jumped online en masse, we led our first-ever usability testing with preschoolers, helping PBS to improve access to its digital platforms. McDonald s UX ResearchMcDonald s is piloting a major initiative as part of a new growth strategy. We shared insights from in-depth UX audits and usability testing across 12 digital platforms. Gates Foundation ContentIn late 2020 and early 2021, we partnered with Provoc to support a study related to COVID-19 treatments. Our focus was digital content based on in-depth user research.
