This year, Welton CE Academy, near Daventry, celebrated an incredible 100% pass rate at Key Stage 2. In 2017, Humberston Academy was ranked the top performing secondary school in North East Lincolnshire for the second year in a row. 80% of students achieved the new GCSE standard of 9-4 in English. In addition to their high performance in GCSE English, 78% of students at Humberston Academy achieved Grade 9-4 in GCSE Maths. The percentage of primary school children that attend a school that has been rated as Good or Outstanding has risen from 32% to 81% in academies inspected since joining the Trust. 60% of the Trust s secondary schools that have been inspected since joining the Trust are now ranked Good or Outstanding.
