I’m in here 4-5 days/week (as is my wife), about to turn 46, and I’m hands down in the best shape of my life. This is a phenomenal gym, with truly knowledgeable and passionate coaches and staff, that has become an integral part of my life. They literally have classes all day long, so class sizes are ideal, and they have a huge variety of speciality classes, clinics, on-site childcare and massage/acupuncture, and clean locker rooms. Equally importantly, they have cultivated a diverse, fun and welcoming community of members, many of whom are now friends. I have never come close to encountering the quality of coaching that happens every day at Sanitas.  The coaches are not only technical experts, knowledgeable about health, nutrition, fitness and injury prevention but they also figure out how to design the workouts to challenge the most elite athlete and the beginner at the same time. Additionally, the staff does a terrific job of fostering community and I look forward to ‘getting to work out’ each day. Truly… a top- notch operation.
