Emily and Rebecca impressed me with their high level of professionalism and experience while being friendly and honest. They answered my questions with competence, provided sufficient information, and handled relevant matters with care and attention to detail. The letting procedure was efficient and well organised, resulting in a successful and happy move to my new flat. As this property required renovation, we also needed a short term rental that would accept our pet dog, and Suzanne and her team were able to help us find a suitable property just around the corner at short notice! She was always on the lookout or a suitable property not just on her books but also from their other offices and potential sales that would potentially going to rental. She was lovely, friendly and helpful. I would dearly have loved to rent a propety through this agency, but alas a suitable one was not found.
