This was followed up by excellent,sound, unbiased advice which has been a huge help with my pension mortgage investments has also restored my faith in people dealing with finance. Phil Jones dealt with my enquiry, he is 100%professional in his approach yet you feel you are dealing with a friend not someone on the opposite side of a desk who actually has their own interest as a priority. I would without hesitation recommend this firm. I transferred my pension pot from the pru to Acumen. With Phil Jones controlling my investments my SIPP portfolio are performing well. I am more than happy with the service I receive. It would have been easy to react to the changes in my occupational pension by just letting things carry on, as I was in a relatively comfortable position. Working with Acumen we were able to think about a range of options that suited our short, medium and long term needs. Most importantly, they also asked us about our attitude to risk. The result has been a solution where we feel we are in control of our investments, but supported by a team of people working for us, not a faceless corporation.
