Skipper Martin is a skipper with more than 10 years experience of sailing in the Mediterranean. He has great interest in cooking, water sports and fishing. As the skipper he is holding a Decks Officer Class 8 license from the Swedish Maritime Authorities. He speaks fluently Swedish, English, Polish and some Greek. Deckhand/Hostess Emilia is responsible for booking and customer service. She is an experienced crew member and her primary duties on the yacht are taking part in yacht maneuvers, taking care of interior but also in charge of preparing meals. She speaks fluent English and Polish. We are Vindcharter – a group of sailing enthusiasts with love for Greece, offering skippered sailing and cabin charter. We are a small and flexible enterprise allowing us to adjust our offer to your needs and preferences. We can turn up at the destination of you arrival and do one way to the destination of your departure for instance. We have been sailing around the Greek islands for more than 10 years and we love what we do so be prepared for a good portion of enthusiasm and a great holiday! Martin and Emilia offered just what we were looking for in our sailing experience in Greece. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and desired to take part of our vacation to sail in the islands of Greece. Martin and Emilia were wonderful about picking us up on the island that was convenient for us, and then planning our excursion to benefit us to be able to see as much as we could, but also be safe and weather/wind friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the islands that they recommended to us and shared with us many things to do at each one from their own personal experience. We enjoyed everything that we did! Me and my girlfriend spend a week on board sailing around the Dodekanisos Islands. This was an amazing experience and a great way to spend an active holiday. The crew, Martin & Emilia advised me on a route that suited my active way of spending free time, with such activities as spearfishing and exploration of a settlement on a deserted island with full moon barbecue. As we appreciate dining the crew pointed us, towards restaurants that had amazing food with reasonable prices but also to avoid tourist traps. I totally recommend anyone who want to have active holiday to sail with these guys. This sailing holiday was a totally relaxation allowing us to spend our time on swimming in the warm sea, evening walks and trying a great variety of Greek wines along with exquisite Mediterranean food. We had a great time sailing with the crew that was fully professional and very hospitable giving us a feel like at home. They also helped us to organize the trip with flights and transfer along with car rentals and introduction of each destination to what's worth visiting. We highly recommend this excursion to everyone that enjoy spending time on board and exploring each destination along the way.
