In furtherance of this duty, the Chapter 13 Trustee will make the following information available to parties in interest who request such information:1. Your name, address, bankruptcy case number, state and district in which your case is pending, and the trustee assigned to your case. Your social security number will not be visible to parties in interest, but they will be able to search for your bankruptcy case using your social security number. Update as of May 1st:341a Hearings:We will continue to use GoToMeeting as our primary medium for 341a hearings.Make sure your client logs on a few minutes before the hearing time and explain the camera and microphone use. You may want to have a practice session with debtor if possible.Even though you have sent us a photo id, debtor must have it available at the hearing.Even though you have sent us a signed petition, you must have it available at the hearing.Please note that we only need the signature page of the Original Signed Petition uploaded to 13documents.com.
