Gately will continue the legacy of the Gately Family and Gately Funeral Service Inc.We have very modern facilities at Gately Funeral Home. The building went through an entire renovation in 1994-1995 with additions, handicap accessibility, handicap bathrooms, and a beautiful entrance way with a lower and upper lobby. Our facilities consist of two viewing rooms to accommodate all types of funerals from very large crowds as well as an intimate viewing room with a fireplace for private funerals and smaller families that are not expecting a lot of people to attend. The decor is exquisite, with very bright and soft colors, beautiful tile bathrooms and entrance ways and centrally located in the heart of downtown Melrose. Our spacious entrance way allows people to enter the building, get out of the elements, hang up their coats and use the restrooms before paying their respects to the family.
