In order to receive a DMV Attendance form, you must have attended at least 90% of the Current semester class days. DMV will not accept faxed copies so please plan on picking up the form from the main office between 7:00-3:30.The school does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or confiscated items, which may include money, electronic equipment, PE clothes, or school-issued supplies. There is a lost and found box located at the end of the counseling hallway that should be checked for lost items.-We are not able to release students for pick up without a written request or a parent/guardian coming in tosign the student out.
