Telguz accused of hiring men to kill his ex girlfriend and mother of his child, Stephanie Sikes. Telguz s case is very contriversial due to fact that a key witness reportedly admitted he lied. Testimony heard by the courts is that he hired Edwin Lee Gilkes Jr. and Micheal Anthony Hetrick to kill Stephanie Sipes for the amount of $2,000.Hentrick s testimony 07/21/01 is that Telguz drove from Pennsylvania to Harrisonburg and told Hetrick he wanted him to slash Sipes throat. Hetrick entered Sipes apartment under false pretence of needing to use the phone. As he cut her throat he also severly cut his hand leaving his own blood at the murder scene. Fast forward years later after Telguz s trial ,Gilkes repoprtedly come forward to admit he give false testimony when making the claim Telguz was involved in Stephanie Sipes murder. Gilkes admitted he agreed to give the evidence to investigators and the prosecutor because he was scared of ending up on death row himself.
