Walking in the Kremlin

Ursula: My walking capability is approx. one mile. Would that be enough to walk inside of the Kremlin? Thank you

Ursula, the main Kremlin itinerary I suppose is not less than 1 mile (approx. 1 mile). Moreover there will be a possibility to take a sit in the Assumption cathedral. What seems to me even more important it is the organization of the entrance and purchasing the tickets before the tour, that require time and effort.  So, somebody should assist you. All the tourists enter the Kremlin by a staircase. On special occasions it is possible to escape it, if to contact the stuff. In this case you will enter from above.

Olga, if you would be kind to answer my question, I will be arriving via Domedovo  (Moscow ) airport heading towards Kremlin and Im planning to take the aeroroport express train. Please guide me how.

1. Take the aeroexpress from Domodedovo airport to Paveletsky railway terminal.

2. When you arrive to Moscow almost all the people from aeroexpress will go in the same direction to the metro, just follow them. The entrance to the metro station Paveletskaya (radial, green line) is located in the train terminal.

From Leningradskiy station to Red square

Question: I will be staying in St Petersburg and wish to visit Moscow for the day. Which train station will I arrive at in Moscow and how far [if walking distance] to the Red Square / tourist attractions. I have been looking online but am getting confused as I think there is more than one main train station in Moscow.

Parks and green areas in Moscow

question of the day:

Hello, Olga! We have lived in Moscow now for 1 1/2 year. We have seen Gorky Park, VDNKh park, Kolomenskoe park etc. But this weekend we would like to explore other green areas of Moscow. Do you have a recommandation for us? We like long walks, along the river or through forest (like Kolomenskoe Park).

My list of parks and green areas, that immediately come to mind:
Tsaritsyno, Novodevichy convent, Moscow university area (Sparrow hills), Boulvard ring, park Museon, country estate Arkhangelskoe (not far from Moscow, easy to get), 3 botanical gardens of MSU on Sparrow hills (only with excursions),  of Russian Academy of Sciences, and Aptekarsky ogorod.
