Mission

Indigenous Community Collaborative (IndigenousCC) is a Native American, women-owned social enterprise based in Phoenix, AZ. Our mission is to amplify indigenous truth, values, resiliency, and validation through connection, ability, and collaboration. IndigenousCC creates Indigenous-inclusive workforce and education programs that have an in impact in Indigenous Communities.

What We Do

Our goal is to provide programs and services to Tribal communities and Nonprofits that impact Indigenous Communities. Our work targets workforce systems, educational institutions, and nonprofits to create forward-thinking solutions to solve problems that empowers the Indigenous Voice.

01. Workforce

Create system-level and on-the-ground programs with Tribal communities, nonprofits, workforce development programs, and community-based organizations.

02. Grants
–

Support Tribal Communities and Nonprofits to support grant needs such as grants management, grant writing, funding strategic planning, and grant evaluation.

03. Capacity Building
–

Provide Indigenous-Identity programming that focuses on education, post-secondary, secondary, dual enrollment programs.

04. Multimedia
–

Create content that shares stories and experiences about “what it’s like being Native” in certain environments, situations, and environments.

Collaboration + Indigenous Identity

Collaboration and Indigenous Identity are the foundations to the work we do within the organization. We strive to collaborate with individuals, programs, organizations already doing great and innovative things. Most importantly, we work to establish a shared language that encompasses indigenous perspectives and how that aligns to westernize systems.
