Raw materials for floating fish feed extrusion process generally have a certain starch content (more than 20%) and a certain moisture content.

Then it is reduced to atmospheric pressure in a short time, and the temperature drops suddenly.

Under the influence of temperature difference and pressure difference, the volume of feed rapidly expands, and moisture evaporates quickly to form a loose structure feed, namely extruded feed.
