Q: Why would we want to manage two road maps; B2B vs B2C?

A: Managing a separate roadmap for a B2B platform allows you to prioritize and maintain a steady implementation of corporate features that are important to your business customers and corporate revenue. Additionally, it relieves product managers of having to fight for B2B-specific features or deprioritization based on B2C needs.

Q: We want a unified user experience and interaction with our brand. Is this possible?

A: Yes! Even with a separate application, you can still integrate the experience. For example, traffic can still be driven into the B2C “airline.com” site with a separate section for “Business Travel”.

Q: How can we ensure that our B2C and B2B applications will stay in sync and receive updates when new air products are released?

A: Post-launch, our Product and Project managers continue to work closely with your development, product and ecommerce teams; functioning as an “extension” of your technology arm and in parallel with your consumer group so that any planned products or features will release simultaneously or dependent on any required timeline.
