Regenerative agriculture is the way to reduce CO₂ in the atmosphere

The whole world is talking about excess CO₂ in the atmosphere. But the soil lacks carbon. Yet it is essential for the formation of humus. Without organic humus, the soil loses fertility, which is made up for by chemical fertilizers. Regenerative farming keeps carbon in the soil, reduces CO₂ in the atmosphere and contributes to carbon neutrality.

Regenerative farming also helps retain water in the landscape, produces healthier crops and marks a return to the perfection of nature itself.

Our vision is a carbon negative society. That's why we are carbon negative = Carboneg. We motivate farmers to switch to regenerative farming. We can auditably measure how much harmful CO₂ has been removed from the atmosphere as a result. For every tonne of CO₂ removed, we pay farmers a reward. This is financed by companies that want to be carbon neutral as soon as possible but are unable to achieve this with current technology.

Why Get Involved

I'm a farmer

We can advise you on how to get started with regenerative agriculture.You will receive a reward of up to 300 EUR per hectare/year.You will increase fertility, support biodiversity and water retention. Details for farmers
