Predictive Maintenance

Avoid expensive downtime. Using DAPAGEE’s condition monitoring, you’ll be able to predict when a machine will fail before it fails, avoiding unpredictable and very expensive breakdowns. Telemetry thresholds can be set that will alert you when those thresholds are exceeded. This will give you time to schedule maintenance to look at the asset and perform any repairs.

Our Products

Wireless Sensor

The DAPAGEE sensor is a simple-to-deploy, IP65 rated, magnetically-attached wireless IIoT sensor. The hardware securely records and wirelessly transmits vibration, temperature and humidity telemetry to our gateway over 900MHz or 2,4GHz frequencies.

Power is connected via a 5 pin 12mm threaded connector. Depending on your needs, power can be hardwired or you can use one of our energy harvesting solutions. The sensor accepts 8 to 30 volts DC.


A single gateway supports up to 100 sensors. Functional indoor range to our sensors through factory walls and concrete floors is at least 2,500 feet (900MHz). We have installations where one gateway covers 100,000 square feet.

The gateway can be powered via AC or PoE. It supports both 900MHz and 2.4GHz sensors and supports WiFi, LAN or cellular connections to the Internet.

Oil Debris Sensor

Fine and coarse particle contamination is a major cause of breakdowns in hydraulic and lubrication oil systems; therefore continuous real-time oil debris monitoring plays a crucial role in developing a predictive maintenance strategy.

The Gill 4212 Oil Condition Sensor has been adapted to function with our wireless sensor, allowing the continuous wireless transmission of oil debris telemetry to our data platform. Always know the quality of the oil in your industrial equipment.

Data Platform

The DAPAGEE Data Platform uses MQTT to receive data from devices and gateways. A series of workers process that data to save it to our database and to handle sending any required alerts. Data can be stored in a client specified region.

Our analytics dashboard gives you instant visibility to your data and also allows you to manage your users and setup thresholds and alerts. If you’re interested in integrating your data with your own systems, we have developed a secure and well documented open RESTful API.

Energy Harvesting

We have several options to supply power to the sensors beyond batteries and hard wiring. We will work with you to design the best power solution to meet your needs. We have successful installations that use indoor solar, fans (mini windmills) and motion.

Our patent pending Motion Energy Harvesting system uses rotary or linear motion to create energy and can be used for more than just our sensors.

Data is securely transmitted to our platform via encrypted MQTT connections. Data is also encrypted at rest and our API uses SSL encryption.

How It Works

Attach to machine

Attach the sensor to your industrial asset (conveyor, motor, robot, etc). It can be magnetically attached or permanently attached.

Connect THE gateway

Connect the gateway to the Internet and it automatically connects to our MQTT server and begins transmitting the moment data is received from a sensor.

View THE data

Log into our data dashboard to view your data. You can also integrate your data into your own systems with our RESTful API.
