How Do Hotel Dollars Work?

Hotel Dollars provide instant savings on hotel bookings. There is a limit to the amount of Hotel Dollars that can be applied on a booking depending on the Hotel, which means Hotel Dollars cannot be used to get free hotel rooms. The maximum amount of Hotel Dollars will automatically be applied on every hotel booking, so you don't have to apply them yourself. How Do I Earn Hotel Dollars back on bookings?

In order to earn Hotel Dollars back, you need to use your credit union credit or debit card when booking travel on our platform. With a Standard membership, you earn 5% back and with a Premium membership you earn 10% back. You will receive your Hotel Dollars on the 1st of the month after your trip is completed.

Can You Book International Travel?

Yes! Our inventory includes hotels, vacation rentals, cruises, flights and activities worldwide.

Can You Book Flights?

Yes! You can book on all major airlines.

Can You Book Bundle Deals?

No, at this time, your hotel, car rental and flights are booked separately on our platform.

Are bookings flexible/refundable?

Most bookings are refundable, but flexibility depends on individual hotel rules.

Will I ever be charged for my membership?

You will never be charged for a Standard membership if your Credit Union is partnered with Credit Union Travel. Premium memberships are offered on monthly and annual plans and your membership is non-refundable.

Where is my reservation confirmation email?

You will receive a confirmation email from reservations@lodging.support. If you are not seeing your confirmation email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you have questions regarding your existing reservation, please contact 1-800-497-2175.
