We are very pleased to announce the launch ofthe #embRACEyourcareerseries. Practical career progression advice and insight from ethnically diverse senior leaders is seldom widely shared, #embRACEyourcareeraims to democratise this information in an accessible way for the next generation of ethnically diverse investment professionals, with the aim to empower them to become senior leaders themselves.

The Skills Workshop

The Skills Workshophas launched to create a more inclusive talent pipeline in the investment and savings industry. This year’s enhanced programme follows a successful pilot in 2021 with over 7,500 attendees across 60 of the top employers in the investment and savings industry.

In addition to helping students from ethnic minority backgrounds, this year the workshop is broadening its focus to include people from socially, economically, and disadvantaged backgrounds.

The Skills Workshop runs in partnership with CFA Society UK, EnCircle, Clu, Amplify and the Diversity Project.

What is it?

The Skills Workshop series of free online events helps any student to gain insight, knowledge, and direction to help start their career in the investment and savings industry, click here to see the topics covered.
