We have been monitoring this rapidly evolving situation every minute of the past few days. We have been speaking to numerous health officials, city, state and community leaders on an ongoing basis to make sure we make a Godly decision in the face of this trial. Based upon the current situation, we have decided to suspend live Worship and Bible Study on each of our campuses this weekend. We will all connect as our Second Family community online so we can worship together within our homes. As previously stated, at this time we are aware of no incidents or records of exposure to the coronavirus by any in attendance on our campuses or any diagnosis of church members or guests. You can click HERE to connect with our online community Saturday at 6pm or Sunday at 9:30am and 11am. Below is a list of all Second Family online options.* We will continue to make the decision on how we are going to worship in the upcoming weeks on a week by week basis. Our Second Family staff team has already been in touch with officials to begin the process of planning and making our resources available to minister to our community in this time of need. Through this season of trial, continue to pray for those in your circle of influence and for God’s wisdom to direct our country’s leadership.His and yours, I’m Ed Young and it has been my joy and privilege to pastor the Second Family for over 40 years.
