She showed us her gold medals from Special Olympics victories in long-distance running. I have been a Special Olympics athlete since 2012. Besides being an athlete, I am also a Special Olympics US Youth Ambassador and a Montana Special Olympics State Youth Activation Committee member. I have always been very protective and concerned about my younger sister, Sagarika, who was born with an intellectual disability. I feel extremely blessed to have a sister like her.
