Lincoln Youth Baseball Organization (dba as Junior Saltdogs League)Junior Saltdogs is a summer youth baseball program.  We have 7 divisions U6 tball, U8 machine pitch, and player pitch for U10, U12, U14, and U17, and our Homer s Heroes division for kids with physical or intellectual disabilities.We have 75-100 teams each season, and there are no tryouts.  JSL commissioners form the teams based on the preferences that each player lists on their registration form for a specific coach, friend, or school.  While we can t guarantee specific team placement, we do our very best to honor listed preferences while at the same time balancing player numbers between all the teams in each division.  Please check the FAQ page for answers to many questions.Our 2021 season ended on July 26th.  Thanks to all our team sponsors, volunteer coaches, players, and parents for your support of Junior Saltdogs!  We look forward to having you back again next year.See the Saturday, August 14th Lincoln Journal Star for our Season Highlights edition and photos.Registration for 2022:All 2021 players who are age eligible will automatically receive a postcard and an email in early January when our 2022 registration information is finalized and available on our website.  If you have moved or had a change of email address (or if you didn t play in 2021 but would like to be added to our database to receive this information), please email Deb at jslregistrations@jrsaltdogs.com with the player s name and current mail and email addresses.For planning purposes:When registration details are final for the 2022 season, they will be added to the website (late December 2021)Online registration will open in early January 2022Online late registration will end in early March 2022 (exact date to be announced in early January)LINCOLN SALTDOGS TICKETS: Included in your 2021 Junior Saltdogs registration are 10 free berm tickets to any Lincoln Saltdogs regular season home game.   If you haven t redeemed your tickets yet, need the unique player ID to use in the Saltdogs electronic system, or have any questions about the tickets, please contact the Lincoln Saltdogs office directly at 402/474-2255 or at info@saltdogs.com.QUESTIONS: Please refer to the FAQ page.
