It's 2020 so anything that can happen will happen. "It is what it is" - a phrase that we should outlaw in 2021. Maybe a snow storm will slow the virus or at least keep us inside for a little while. Nonetheless, we are ready to clear the roads and deal with anything else that comes our way. The virus, on the other hand, keeps coming. We had 13 new positive cases of COVID-19 reported over the weekend, which is pretty much on pace with what we have seen lately. Franklin Lakes Positive TestsClick to enlarge.Today was the first day of vaccinations so help is now officially on the way. We do not have any details on the vaccination process for the general public yet as first doses are prioritized for healthcare workers and nursing homes. According to the Governor's office, we expect vaccinations for the general public in the Spring. So, we must get through the winter months using our trustworthy masks and social distancing measures to combat the virus. Please be safe, protect our families, friends and community!P.S.
