There are picture books, novels, paperback books, factual or nonfiction books on almost any topic, reference books and atlases, large print books, and even talking books for the blind and physically handicapped. There s 65,000 books available for your reading needs!.MagazinesThe Ecorse Public Library has over 200 magazine and journal titles, and subscriptions to nine newspapers. Need an article on a specific topic? Using the online magazine indexes helps to speed up the search, and many of the full text articles can be printed as you search.Videos, Books on Tape and CD, Music CDsTired of reruns on television? Try one of the DVDs or videos available at the Ecorse Public Library. We have more than 1000. Listen to a book on CD or tape while driving to and from work, exercising, or even while working around the house. The library has over 2000 to choose. There are also books on tape and CD for children, many accompanied by actual books for the little ones to read along as they listen.
