Welcome to the home of the Ellington Colliery Brass Band, one of the busiest and most successful Brass Bands in the North East of England.We are a community music organisation based in Morpeth, Northumberland, with a proud history dating back to 1925. We are not sponsored or in receipt of statutory funding; we rely on income from engagements, grants and donations to cover rent, insurance, instrument repair and replacement, buying new music and performing arts fees.
