4 (1-oz.) squares semisweet baking chocolate, finely chopped
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
Dash of  salt
1 cup chopped toasted pecans*
1 teaspoon vanilla

Its that time of year to enjoy the magic and flavors of Christmas.  Ive always been a fan of mint brownies.  This quickie Mint Oreo Brownie recipe isnt quite the same, but it does still combine the great flavors of chocolate and mint and is so simple to make-something we can always appreciate when we need another batch of treats to take or a fun goodie to share with friends.

All you need is two ingredients-brownie mix and these great special edition Oreos.  You can use the Peppermint (red filling) or the Mint (green filling) for these fun Christmas Brownies!
