It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce that our parks which were due to remain open throughout November, will now close at 4pm on Wednesday 4th November in line with the latest Government regulations. We kindly ask that you vacate the parks by this time.Our parks with an extended season will also close at 4pm on Wednesday 4th November and will re-open on 2nd December (subject to government approval).We understand that this is disappointing for you all, however we would like to assure you that our park offices will remain open throughout the closure period to assist you with any telephone enquires (please note that opening hours may vary from our standard times). We kindly ask that you treat our staff with respect at this time, due to ever changing Government legislation they may not instantly have access to all of the information you require. We will again increase our security presence with park patrols operating 24 hours a day to ensure your holiday homes remain safe.Our maintenance teams will also be working on site to ensure that all planned winter drain down and safety checks are completed, approved contractors will also be permitted to continue to work on our parks providing they have supplied the relevant covid safe risk assessments. A member of our team will take your order from you at your table and all food and drink orders, including cutlery and condiments will be brought over to you. We all have a responsibility to consider not just ourselves but to the people of our country, the local community and on our parks.Decisions are being made and actions are being taken which were unimaginable a few weeks ago.Following the latest government guidelines, we have taken the difficult decision to close all of our parks within 48 hours of today s date(23/03/2020).
