As many of you know, we are in the midst of redistricting and adjusting our elementary and middle school grade configurations. Consequently, we need to have updated and accurate student and family information to best serve students and enhance building and district communications. Below are two separate sections; one section is for all of our current #unionrxi families and students and one section is for any families and students who are new to the district.For current families and students we are requiring all current Union families and students to update their student/family records. We would like this update to be completed ONLINE by July 31st. This update will include proof of residency, free and reduced meal information if applicable, bus request information, and ensure we have the most up-to-date contact and health emergency information. This information can be updated via the Parent Portal or the Tyler SIS app on your smartphone.*Proof of residency of documents ( YOU ONLY NEED ONE): Property tax statement/receipt (most recent), utility bill/agreement within the past 60 days (gas, elective, tv, trash, water, NO cell phone), real estate contract/closing papers on recently purchased home, rental agreement/receipt (signed, dated, canceled check).To update your student/family records, you will need to access your Parent Portal which can be found on our district website or by following this link: https://sisk12.union.k12.mo.us OR via the Tyler SIS 360 app..Again, this updated information is extremely important for our district and must be completed prior to July 31st.New to district families and students: Additionally, we are going to require all NEW families to #unionrxi to reach out to our district office at 636.583.8626 to schedule a time to complete the enrollment registration process. Our district office is located at 21 Progress Parkway, Union MO 63084. An appointment will be needed to complete the enrollment registration process.
