The secret is now out! I m in a Dolce and Gabbana Menswear campaign! In September of 2018 during Milan fashion week, Celebrity photographer Franco Pagetti approached me to be apart of the Dolce and Gabbana. (I said yes! OBVIOUSLY!) We shot the campaign at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. If you ve ever been to Milan, or the Galleria you know that this is one of the busiest and biggest tourist attractions in all of Milan. As you can imagine thousands of people swarmed us while the three male models and the individuals selected started to strut for the camera. The AD was not only featured on Dolce and Gabbana s website and instagram, but in British GQ and on a billboard in MILAN!This was one of the most epic moments of my life! Thank you #DGFamily for allowing me to be apart of this!Until next time! CIAO!Sergio. Last week, I had the honour of attending the 6th annual Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards. This was my 5th year attending the awards and I knew I had to bring it this year. Before we get into that, can I just say . Dayum! I feel old! I have been doing blogging for 5 years now. What a journey!The Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards is single handedly my favourite event in the social calendar. I refer to this event as The Met Gala of Canada. Everyone rocks Canadian garments and celebrates the success of our industry! This year, considering the fact that I ve basically done it all on the red carpet at this event. I decided to do something custom. My custom look was created by Aleks Suzak who is the creative director of Balessa. This is not only the first time she s ever dressed a guy. But this was also my first time wearing something custom made. The entire piece was crafted from silk crêpe de chine and hand painted by the designer herself. Heartbreaking news strikes Cavalli lovers like myself this month. First, the resignation of creative director Paul Surridge. A week later, News that all stores in North America were to be shut down Even in prime shopping districts and flagships like NYC s Madison Avenue, Rodeo Drive In Beverly Hills and Bal Harbour in Miami are closed. I m personally devastated by the news of the Madison Avenue shut down. I traveled to NYC quite often, and I always made it a priority to visit my Cavalli Family at the Madison Avenue boutique who have helped bring Roberto Cavalli to Canada! Regardless of the recent disappointments, I wanted to share my experience attending Paul Surriges last collection for Roberto Cavalli. Ironically to everything mentioned above, this F/W 19 collection actually happened to be my favourite show of the Milan Fashion Week season and one of my favourite fashion shows of all time! Combining both mens and womenswear F/W into this one show. I loved all the loud prints and bright colours! I don t think there s a piece that I didn t like from this show. My favourite piece was the multi coloured shearling skin jacket which I absolutely need right now! I m excited to see who they bring on board for spring/summer and I m hopeful that the brand will make a return very soon!Until Next time, Sergio.  Versace is always my most anticipated show during Milan Fashion Week. Considering the fact that the Pre-Fall show in NYC was so #MAJOR. I was excited to see what Donatella would come up with for Fall/Winter 2019. Having had my outfit pre-planed (Head to toe Versace of course) and having picked up my  invitation at the Via Montenapoleone Versace Boutique earlier that day, It was now show time! Kia Gerber, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid entered one after another. Gurung glamour has now become a popular trend. I was honestly a little surprised that Donatella took this collection in that route. However, I m not mad at it! My favourite look would have to be the blue crystal beaded dress. But ultimately, I loved almost everything from this collection. Closing the show was former supermodel Stephanie Seymour wearing a black crystal beaded gown. This was the first time she hit the Versace runway in 20 years! What a way to close the show! Until next season, Sergio. If you know me You know I love CARTIER! (Who doesn t ?) the epitome of luxury, sophistication and glamour! Last week I had the opportunity to visit the Cartier Bloor Street the Toronto flagship store for a private appointment to check out their latest launch. An icon for the house since 1980 s the #PASHAdecartier What do you think about this piece? I personally love it! Obviously, I got distracted and tried on some high jewellery peices (The necklace shown was almost half a million dollars!) Until next time! 2020 has definitely been one of those years for everyone Being locked indoors for months on end the inevitable depression, anxiety and all around uncertainty have put a mental strain on everyone!I definitely felt like I needed a reset to get motivated again after lockdown was over Unlike most people who go on a beach vacation for a refresher I go to Fashion Week!Sadly My dreams of wearing a new fabulous outfit and sitting front row probably isn t going to happen for a very long time SOOOOO I decided to take the virtual approach for this season. Definitely not the same But still managed to catch all my favourite designers showcase their collections for the S/S 2021 season!Versace is my favourite show on the fashion month calendar . Obviously I was super excited to see this seasons collection. Even thought I m typically not a fan of Versace s Spring/Summer fashion shows. THIS YEAR WAS NOOOOOO JOKE!The show took place in the underwater in the lost city of Atlantis, and was inspired byGianni Versace’s ‘trésor de la mer’ collection for Spring 1992. Having only seen people rocking athleisure for the last couple of months, my jaw literally dropped when I saw the collection of long gowns, bright colour and SPARKLE that encompasses the house of Versace. Giving the world something to look-forward to hopefully to get dressed up and be fabulous again Hopefully by spring/summer 2021 so we can wear these pieces? During this most recent season of New York Fashion Week I had the opportunity to go backstage with NARS cosmetics at the much anticipated Rodarte F/W fashion show! Being both a huge fan of Nars and Rodarte I was super excited! Unlike the other shows I attended at Spring Studios- The venue for this season s show was at the St.Bartholomew church in Midtown. I ve hard lots about this church on movies and TV. But in person It is much more breathtaking! This season Rodarte went back to their gothic roots. Shown both in the clothing and the make-up for this collection. James Kaliardos the lead makeup artist for Nars cosmetics was on-site overseeing all the looks. Bella Hadid also made an appearance backstage before strutting her stuff on the catwalk. This was such an amazing opportunity.
