Mike Darrow President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Darrow is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TrueCar, Inc.  He has more than 30 years of experience working in the automotive industry.Mike joined TrueCar in 2017, serving as our Executive Vice President of OEM and Partner Development and President of ALG before being appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Before joining TrueCar, Mike held leadership roles over 14 years at Edmunds.com, including Chief Executive Officer of Edmunds Data Services and Chief Sales Officer. He is responsible for leading TrueCar’s Engineering teams, which include Product Engineering, Data Engineering Machine Learning, Infrastructure Engineering Operations, as well as IT and Information Security.   Elias joined TrueCar in 2011 and has served as an engineering leader in several key roles including VP of Architecture and SVP of Technology. He is responsible for leading TrueCar’s dealer relationships, sales and support strategy, and operations.He has more than 19 years of experience working in the automotive industry in sales and operations roles.Simon joined TrueCar in 2012 overseeing various roles within the dealer organization. Prior to joining TrueCar, Simon worked at AutoNation as National Sales Director. During his tenure he also led go-to-market strategy and implementation for AutoNation Direct, the company’s national alternative buying platform.  Prior to that he spent eight years at CarsDirect (now Internet Brands) as Vice President of Sales and Operations. Jeff Swart is the EVP, General Counsel and Secretary of TrueCar.  Jeff has practiced law for over 20 years and draws upon a deep history in the technology and automotive sectors as well as a strong background in litigation, securities regulation, insurance, risk management, commercial transactions, and corporate governance. He is responsible for overseeing all legal, compliance, and public policy matters at TrueCar. Jeff joined TrueCar in May 2014. Prior to joining TrueCar, Jeff was a litigation partner at the law firm of Alston Bird LLP, and before that, a law clerk for Judge Ed Carnes, on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
