Welcome to the Dyspnea Lab!Join us for Dyspnea 2016 in Paris! Find out more under Conferences Courses .Our laboratory works to discover the basic neural mechanisms underlying the symptom of dyspnea (shortness of breath, breathlessness). We combine methods from respiratory physiology, psychology, and neuroscience. Our current work includes exploring the effect of aerosolized furosemide (Lasix) on air hunger.We aim to achieve three key objectives:1. Provide care for patients with shortness of breath in difficult cases,2. Conduct research,3. Provide information and training for caregivers and patients.DYSPNEA RESEARCH LAB(Robert B.
