If you need boots... real usable riding boots... this is your place! Ariat, Justin, Durango etc. They even carry ropers. Super friendly and helpful owner... reasonable prices... really great little shop! Excellent service! I called about a belt buckle for a client visiting from Boston. I was able to get a buckle with Hawaii on it as a gift from our company. The staff had it wrapped in the store and it was such a pleasant experience! The prices are reasonable and there was an assortment of Paniolo items! This place is IT for western wear, including boots, belts and accessories. I've been coming here and bringing friends since 1981. The owners are great, friendly and helpful and it's one of a few of the original Ala Moana merchants from the 70s-80s that are left. Even if you're not a paniolo, check 'um out! I was looking for cowboy hat for an up coming event and stopped on in. They had a wide range of hats to choose from moderate to pricy one's. The sales clerk was very helpful in finding the right size for me and my price range. She even reserved my hat so that I could pick it after I had lunch at the food court. When I came back it was waiting for me and they completed my transaction promptly. I even got a cool bag... I needed some high quality leather chord for arts and crafts. I knew that this store has quality products. Found what I needed quickly because a super friendly and helpful cowgirl of a sales gal helped me to get in and out quickly. Quality products. Fair pricing. Excellent customer service. For being a little country store in Hawaii, I'm really impressed!! They've got a great selection of hats, wallets, boots, belts and belt buckles. I can promise they'll see me in there a lot! The employees are wonderful too!! I really like this place, I have bought all my kids boots there and my selves too. They weren't too pricey but very comparable to other places. Staff was very friendly and accommodating I’m a bargain shopper and I love browsing in this shop! You have to look carefully because there’s so many areas, up high, down low, in the display cases. I always seem to find a bargain and when there’s something I see and gotta have it, they have a layaway plan! You don’t have to miss out on that must have item. The folks are friendly and very helpful… Very friendly people. Couldn't ask for nicer customer oriented folks. Enjoyed talking with them. I looked across Hawaii in countless stores for belt buckles and bolo ties. This was the only store that had any. They had large numbers of bolo ties and belt buckles. While on holidays in Hawaii from Australia we found Paniolo trading Best boot and Weston shop I have ever seen and customer service was unbelievable put in on your list to visit when in Hawaii.
