They have allowed Abiy and Isaias Afewerki to destroy the livelihoods of many Tigrayans. For the record, the US was the main sponsor of Abiy Ahmed. Without its support, Abiy nor Isaias would not have caused the untold destruction on Tigrayans and their economy. Be that as it may, Tigrayans are encouraged by the Biden administration's gesture and aid rendered so far. But more needs to be done to avoid a catastrophic famine soon. The US and UN must start a food airdrop before the rainy season starts. It is an open secret Isaias Afeworki and Abiy Ahmed are using food as a weapon. They should not succeed doing that.
