Welcome to the Foster Creek Conservation District

Our Mission

Serving the community through quality technical assistance for natural resource stewardship.

To protect natural resources, enhance sustainable, profitable agriculture, and improve the quality of life in Douglas County; byencouraging good land stewardship through education, incentives, and quality technical assistance. Protecting individual and private property rights and building strong coalitions with other groups,including but not limited to, government assistance as a valid conservation partner to agriculture by providing quality, intelligent, technical assistance to cooperators andpartners.

FOSTER CREEK BOARDMEETINGS

       

Foster Creek Conservation District holdsa board meeting the second Wednesday of every month except for August, when no meeting is held.

 

The next FCCD Board of Supervisors Meeting is scheduled for:

 

     Day/Date : Wednesday, November 9th, 2022

     Time :       1.00 pm

     Location :  Golden Grains Cafe, Main Street, Mansfield, WA 98830.

Fire Recovery: Foster Creek CD is here to help

 

Foster Creek Conservation District (FCCD) is actively seeking sources of funding assistance for re-seeding of burned priorityareas and other post-fire recovery.

 

We need your help to make these applications effective!  We encourage land owners to call/email our staff to document losses and your main post-fire needs, or to fill out the Wildfire Intake Form below and send it to info@fostercreekcd.org to requestassistance.
