1. How will my patients benefit from the DNA 360 report?

The DNA 360 report is a consumer friendly report that provides key insights into functional genomic pathways that influence critical biological and cellular processes in your body. This includes cardiovascular health, hormonal health, executive function, phase II detoxification (methylation and glutathionization), sleep and diet & metabolism. We provide clinical reports that explain how various genes in your body work together in a series of pathways that ultimately influence your overall health and wellness. Practitioners will receive the clinical summary that is only available to our partner clinicians. This clinical summary is used by our clinical partners in their practice to support their patients.

2. How can I share DNA 360 with my clients?

Interested individuals can apply to become a partner using this link. Only licensed practitioners are eligible for The DNA Company Affiliate Program, After the form submission, please allow 1-3 business days for your application to be approved. Both programs empower our partners to share DNA 360 through a custom landing page, where their clients are able to make purchases directly and commissions are tracked in real time.

3. What’s the difference between the Clinician Program and Affiliate Program?

Only licensed practitioners are eligible for The DNA Company Clinician Program. Non-licensed individuals, such as Third Party Vendors and Unregulated Health Care Professionals, may be eligible for The DNA Company Affiliate Program.

Our clinician partners receive an exclusive clinical summary to use in their practice to support their patients.

4. Can I join both the Clinician Program and the Affiliate Program?

No, individuals can only belong to one partner program at a time. Licensed practitioners are eligible for the Clinician Program, while Non-licensed individuals, such as Third Party Vendors and Unregulated Health Care Professionals, may be eligible for The DNA Company Affiliate Program. Both programs empower our partners to share DNA 360 through a custom landing page, where their clients are able to make purchases directly and commissions are tracked in real time.

5. How does the DNA 360 process work?

Upon acceptance to either the Clinician Program or the Affiliate Program, a landing page will be set up for you, where your clients will be able to make purchases directly. Alternatively, our clinical partners are able to place an order for their patients directly. Both you and the patient will receive the patient's DNA 360 Report, and you will also receive a clinical summary guide. It is the clinician’s responsibility to follow up with their patient.

All DNA 360 Test Kits include a return shipping label that the client is then required to use in order to ship the sample back. Once the sample is received at our facility it will be sent to the lab for DNA analysis. DNA analysis takes up to 4 – 6 weeks. Once results are ready, the reports will be emailed directly to the client and/or ordering clinician (if applicable).

6. What does the DNA 360 report provide? Are the recommendations individualized or generalized?

The DNA 360 Report is a self-directed and comprehensive digital guide to your functional genomics plus behavioral change insights to help you take action. Functional genomics looks at how genes interact with one another to develop an accurate understanding of the body's complex cellular processes. These biological processes are the body's instructional manual. When these genes are suboptimal, with time, they can manifest into physiological outcomes that set the stage for poor health and performance. Through this process, we can identify outcomes like chronic fatigue, dysregulated hormones, poor emotional resilience leading to anxiety and depression, addictions, chronic inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, weight gain, and more.

The DNA 360 report provides recommendations that are both individualized and generalized, and includes Total Genomic Analysis Reports Health and Wellness Recommendations Nutrition and Supplement Recommendations

7. Where can I see my patients’ reports?

Upon acceptance to either the Clinician Program or the Affiliate Program, you’ll receive login information for the secure reports portal. You and your client will be able to access their reports through the secure portal.

Affiliates access their clients’ six system reports through the secure client portal. Clinicians receive access to their patients' six system reports, as well as an additional clinical guide for each system report. The clinical guides are short reports that provide a system summary and supplementation recommendations to enable the clinician to design custom treatment plans.

8. What is The DNA Company’s privacy policy?

9. Is the DNA 360 test relevant for my patients that have already tried other DNA tests?

Yes, the difference between DNA 360 and any other program out there is our superior interpretation. The nature of a functional genomics test is that it goes beyond single gene interpretation and focuses on those genes for which there is significant clinical validity and research. The insights we derive from our testing are not only comprehensive and intelligent, but actionable. This empowers the patient with a sufficient command of their genes as well as the solutions that will help them optimize their unique genomic profile. This methodology is largely based on the work of Dr. Mansoor Mohammed, our CSO.

10. Does the DNA 360 report look at the MTHFR gene?

Yes, we look at the MTHFR gene. In fact, the DNA 360 analysis examines the entire methylation cycle and its influence on several different aspects of your health and wellness. The DNA 360 Total Genomic Analysis Reports include six core systems for human optimization: Cardiovascular, Fitness, Diet, Sleep, Mood & Behavior and Immunity & Detox.

11. Is the DNA 360 report applicable for my patients taking medication such as HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)?

The DNA 360 report contains a section devoted to hormones and provides information on how one’s body innately produces and converts one hormone to the next. Each person differs in their rate of hormone production, metabolism and elimination. Some individuals are more estrogenized, while others are more androgenized. The gene results will indicate an individual's genetic hormonal tendency.

This information is useful in helping one’s doctor determine a more intelligent hormone replacement therapy prescription, instead of using the one-size fits all approach. When you receive your results, you can provide this to your doctor in order to make any adjustments to your current HRT dosing. Our team does not provide any protocols for hormone replacement or comments as to whether one needs HRT or not.

12. Does DNA 360 test for food sensitivities?

The DNA 360 Total Genomic Analysis Reports include six core systems for human optimization: Cardiovascular, Fitness, Diet, Sleep, Mood & Behavior and Immunity & Detox. The DNA 360 report provides insight into the genetic factors that influence your likelihood for gluten sensitivity as well as lactose intolerance but no other food sensitivities are addressed at this time.

13. Is there a testing age limit for the DNA 360 report?

No, there is no testing age limit for the DNA 360 report. Individuals of all ages can complete our testing. Kindly note that we provide swab kits for those that are unable to produce a sufficient amount of saliva, such as infants and toddlers. The swab kit is not available for purchase on our website. 14. Are there any shipping restrictions?

We ship internationally to over 100 different countries. However, it is always best to check with your country's customs policies and regulations to be well informed of any restrictions before ordering. See Shipping & Delivery for more information.

15. How do I order tests for my clinic?

Interested individuals can apply to become a clinical partner within The DNA Company Clinician Program using this link. Once your clinical application is approved, you will be able to 1. Provide a custom landing page to your patients where your clients will be able to make purchases directly, or 2. Purchase test kits at the wholesale cost to stock at your clinic.

16. Can I offer a discount to my patients?

No, unfortunately there are no discounts currently offered on DNA 360. Our prices are fixed to ensure that our international team of clinicians and affiliates can offer standardized pricing, while we provide our utmost value and support.
