I have been with them since first beta. I think I have 5 pairs now and my mom has 2. I like the wool covered ones best. They fit my foot perfectly and make all the difference.

Don’t be discouraged if you have trouble with the website. Maybe they have fired whoever was responsible by now, but it took me many tries to recover a working account in mid 2022.
